Can exercise be an enjoyable?
Exercise can be a pleasurable way to spend your sparetime and it doesn't need to be thought of as difficult work, or done just to burn some additional calories thanks to the burger and fries at lunch. Too many folk consider exercise as something they must do, a pain they would rather ignore, instead of a fun time with family, pals or on their lonesome. Exercise is not just walking on the treadmill, lifting weights or going to an aerobics class. If you can enjoy exercise, then you can do it for longer times of time.
Uninteresting exercise isn't effective. we have all got a different perception of what's dull and what's a pain. For some running 20 kilometres 3 or 4 times per week is the best way for them to chill and unwind from a tough day or prepare for one.
